Over the next year, the business grew to include part time safety management for numerous area companies.  To handle the additional workload, John’s wife Carry began working with the company.  John’s mother Gail also retired from banking and assumed front office duties.

Today, One Stop Safety provides services ranging from one time trainings to permanent part-time staffing, online training and also sells safety supplies and equipment. We have grown to add two additional full time consultants and another part time administrator over the past two years. The decision to add staff is not taken lightly.  Our employees have diverse backgrounds and areas of specialty.  We do not take on work that we cannot staff and we will not bring on an employee that we don’t feel we can keep long term.  As we continue to grow the business, our expectation is to add two to four more full time consultants over the next two years and bring in additional front office support staff to help with the growing PPE business and new Moon Township training facility.
